SM@RT INC. is a global for-profit Humanitarian Blockchain Enterprise, whose corporate mandate is Financing and Accelerating the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since widespread economic marginalization is the biggest obstacle to the achievement of each of the 17 sustainable development goals, this is an undertaking that requires clear and powerful VISION, great multidisciplinary TALENT, advanced disruptive TECHNOLOGY and a strategically designed and engineered SYSTEM, one which harnesses all inputs to deliver highly sustainable Economic Hyper Acceleration™, for all stakeholder groups.

To that end, we are building the SM@RT MATRIX™, a consortium-based Sustainability Ecosystem and Blockchain based Investment/Engagement Platform for global Investors (Individual and Institutional), as well as Consumers, Companies, Charities, Communities and Countries, to collaborative accelerate impact investment and sustainability transformation. We have the Vision, we have the Technology and we have designed the System. We are now diligently identifying, engaging and assembling the core consortium of sustainability solution companies, sustainability adept consultants and sustainability impact investors, that will anchor the new sustainability ecosystem and platform.

Each of the 37 consortium founding member companies, will contribute their specialist expertise and their commercial value offerings to the ongoing development of the SM@RT MATRIX™ accelerator components - the Platform, Ecosystem, Economy and Game. The 37 companies will also serve as the initial "test group" for the efficacy of the Hyper Accelerator services, beginning with the venture funding service, which will be executed as an IVO™ (Initial Value Offering) campaign and event, currently scheduled for global launch in Q2 2019 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

SM@RT is an acronym for "Sustainability Management @top Revolutionary Technology. As a company, SM@RT is a radical departure from traditional corporate structuring, where you have a full-time dedicated C-Suite Team at the top, directing faceless foot soldier employees at the bottom. SM@RT has a full-time CEO, but uses a distributed management model through a collaborative consortium of companies, the DAC. The core 36 founding members of the consortium will provide executive management oversight for SM@RT, with a distributed and decentralized Millennial workforce handling the day to day operational tasks of the company, grown exponentially via a swarm approach to purpose driven venture development. This model/approach was designed by SM@RT's founder based on his XVP (Xtraordinary Value Proposition™) model of strategic accelerated business development.

The key catalysts for the development of SM@RT as a strategic, tech-focused, global social enterprise, are Robin Belle a technology focused, strategic business development and value engineering professional, dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies for good; Liz Thompson, an accomplished sustainable development professional/consultant and former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations; Michelle Chivunga, an international finance/policy expert working with the World Bank Group and the University of Surrey's Centre of Digital Economy; Michael Grimes, and experienced corporate finance and audit professional; Mario Giangrande, an investment management and digital asset professional.
